RK Hospitality Studio may decline a review request where the request falls outside the service focus, sufficient information is unavailable or capacity is limited.

The exact service will be described in a written proposal, quotation, statement of work or client agreement.
Where there is any difference between this page and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will apply to that project.
Project scope
Before paid work begins, the agreed scope should identify:

Requests outside the agreed scope may require a new quotation, revised deadline or written change to the agreement.
Prices and payment
Website prices displayed publicly are starting prices unless clearly stated otherwise.
A project-specific fixed quotation will be provided after the requirements and current website have been considered.
Payment stages, deposit requirements, invoice dates and accepted payment methods will be stated in the project agreement or invoice.
Work may be paused where an agreed payment becomes overdue. Any late-payment rights will be applied only where lawful and appropriately stated in the relevant agreement or invoice.
Client information, content and approvals
Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information, policies, prices, room details, contact details, photographs and other agreed materials within a reasonable timeframe.
Clients must have the necessary rights or permission to use any text, images, logos, fonts, videos or other materials they provide.
Basic copy refinement may be included where agreed and will be based on information supplied by the client. The client remains responsible for checking factual, regulatory and commercial accuracy before publication.
Final approval of content, links, prices, policies, booking information and contact details remains the client’s responsibility.
Revisions, feedback and delays
The number and format of included revision rounds will be stated in the project scope.
Feedback should be supplied clearly and, where practical, in one consolidated response for each revision stage.
Additional revisions, changes after approval or work outside the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Project dates may need to change where information, content, access, payment or approval is delayed.
Ownership, licences and portfolio use
Ownership and usage rights for the completed website, design, code, content and third-party materials will be stated in the client agreement.
Third-party software, fonts, photographs, booking tools and other licensed materials remain subject to their own licence terms.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, RK Hospitality Studio may request permission to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.
No confidential information or unsupported commercial results will be published as part of a case study without appropriate agreement.
Hosting, domains and third-party services
A website may rely on third-party services such as hosting, domain registration, email, forms, analytics, maps, booking systems or content-management tools.
These services may have their own prices, renewal dates, availability, privacy terms and technical limitations.
Unless specifically agreed otherwise, the client is responsible for ongoing third-party fees and for maintaining access to services registered in their name.
RK Hospitality Studio cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or continued functionality of services controlled by an external provider.
Cancellation and ending a project
Project cancellation, notice requirements, payments due and treatment of completed work will be governed by the applicable project agreement.
Where a client contracts as a consumer rather than for business purposes, statutory consumer cancellation rights may apply and will not be excluded by these terms.
Work should not begin during any applicable cancellation period unless the legally required request and acknowledgement have been obtained.
Responsibility and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
RK Hospitality Studio does not guarantee a particular level of bookings, revenue, enquiries, search ranking or other commercial outcome.
Website performance depends on factors outside the design itself, including pricing, demand, reputation, photography, marketing, booking availability and the client’s ongoing operation of the business.
The client is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups, account credentials and access to services under their control unless a separate maintenance arrangement states otherwise.
Any detailed limitation of liability for a paid project must be included fairly and transparently in the written client agreement.
Applicable law
These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts that may hear a dispute will depend on applicable law, the nature of the customer and the relevant project agreement.
